Board of Directors

If you are interested in serving on the AmCham Oman board, our next election will be held in the fourth quarter of 2026.

Requirements for Board Members:

• Must be an authorized representative of a Premium, Corporate, or SME member company, or an individual member of AmCham Oman.
• Must complete the nomination
• Must be present at AmCham Oman Election Night
• Attend quarterly AmCham Oman Board meetings and other meetings as needed.
• Respond promptly to emails regarding AmCham Oman initiatives.
• Work with the CEO to recruit new members to AmCham Oman.
• Provide financial oversight and input, approve the annual budget.
• Actively participate in AmCham Oman events when possible, and other priorities of the organization.
• Be willing to chair a committee or sector-specific task force of AmCham Oman.
• Show fiduciary responsibility, keeping in mind the interest of all AmCham Oman members and their greatest needs.
• Be an Ambassador of AmCham Oman, representing the organization to external stakeholders and even within the membership.
