Mena brings a dynamic blend of strategic leadership, academic excellence, and cross-sector experience to the Chamber. In her role, she leads the development and execution of AmCham Oman’s priority initiatives, sector committees, and high-level partnerships, with a strong focus on measurable impact and alignment with Oman Vision 2040.
She holds a Master of Public Health from the Tufts University School of Medicine and studied psychology at the University of Massachusetts Boston. In addition to her work at AmCham Oman, Mena serves as a faculty member at the University of Nizwa, teaching graduate-level courses in leadership and workforce development, and supports curriculum delivery efforts at Harvard Medical School.
Mena is passionate about strengthening U.S.–Oman collaboration, advancing innovation ecosystems, and building platforms that connect industry, academia, and government in meaningful and outcome-driven ways.
