About the Speaker
Gunjan Shroff is an Advisory Partner in the People & Change team at KPMG Middle East, with over 18 years of experience in People & Strategy Consulting. She specializes in organizational, workforce, and talent transformations, with a focus on operating model design and restructuring.
Gunjan holds an MBA in Human Resources Management and multiple certifications, including EFPA Level 1 & 2, Hogan Assessments, Prince 2, PROSCI Change Practitioner, Licensed Culture Coach, and Certified Facilitator. At KPMG Middle East, she has led large-scale transformation engagements, providing strategic insights in organizational design, workforce shaping, leadership development, and rewards transformation.
